Cake ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 2 Teaspoons. raw honey
  • 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil

Ingredients for frosting

  • 2 tbsp. raw honey
  • 3/4 cup Natural yoghurt
  • natural food coloring (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350˚F.

Mix the eggs, honey, and melted coconut oil in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir in coconut flour and stir until smooth. Add the blueberries and mix thoroughly.

Grease a small loaf pan with coconut oil and fill it with the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes. While the cake is baking, mix the honey and yogurt together to make the frosting. You can add natural food coloring if you want.

Let the cake cool before glazing. You can use strawberry slices and blueberries to decorate the cake.
