Make Training Fun For Your DOG
Dog training shouldn’t seem like a boring task for you or your dog. In this video lesson I talk about making training fun and getting faster obedience by doing so. I like to use rewards such as toys including balls and tug toys as well as treats.
In this video you’ll see me using two balls to play, reward and train Goofy, my Belgian Malinois. I see so many people just going through the paces with SIT DOWN STAND COME and the like. The dog is bored and so is the person. Dog training should be fun and it should be dynamic. If. you see me training my dogs, you’ll see its fun and it keeps getting more fun. I think the obedience expertise should be exciting. People ask me why their dog. takes long to respond to the command, my answer is always the same – make it fun and they’ll want to do the task much faster.

I think Goofy is smarter than I am
Once again thanks for sharing your training session/tips with the world!
Question:
I got inspired and bought 2 x tug balls the other day, although my dog is showing 0 interest in the actual ball, only wants to chew on the strap.. I even filled up the hole with wet food to get it going, but nothing😌
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated?!
Any suggestion
Hi Robert, this is what I am doing today, helping a friend train her gs and we are having as much fun as he is. Couldn’t think of a nicer way to spend my birthday than with family and friends, 2 or 4 legged. 😂 I do enjoy your videos and have learned a lot from you. Thank you so much for all you do.
I have a 7 month old Malinois and i took him out on walks to the park to get socialized when he was younger he did good the only problem i had was he would get too close to dogs and sometimes snap at them which i corrected and he has 2 other dog friends that he gets along with good. I never worried how he was with people because before he would just sit and let ppl pet him when he was younger. Just recently ive been taking him out and he has been getting aggressive when he sees some ppl. He barks and growls and lundges (not to everyone) its jus certain ppl that he doesnt like. Ive taken him to a dog trainer before and he did good with her and i took him back to her again and he barked and growled at her and tried biting her. Im going to start putting a muzzle on him when we go on walks now since i see now that he is willing to bite. He is very good when its one on one with me and him he is obidient and listens but I guess he seems defensive with other ppl. The dog trainer advised me to neuter him, and i am planning on doing that. Any tips? From anyone??
Invaluable as always
The video is playing fine now. Do not know what happened
Robert check your video on a another device. Not running smooth.
Great dog and training, but – not much fun😊. I do one command in a few minutes of play. But my dog is just a common village beast-deterrent.
We people and dogs live together for thousands of ys, and dogs need fun same as we do. 👍💯
Video is not a clear picture. All my other youtube videos i am watching are playing fine
