How To Make Homemade Dog Tablet Bags – Top Dog Tips

At some point every dog has to take medication for one reason or another. Some dogs are so food-motivated that it is easy to hide their pills in virtually anything. On the other hand, it can be almost impossible to get other dogs to take their medication. Homemade dog pill bags smell like human food and they are sure to seduce even the pickiest of puppies.

Pill pocket goodies are exactly what they sound like: little treats in the form of a small pocket in which you can easily hide a pill or capsule. They are malleable so you can stick the pill in and completely cover it with the treat.

Commercial pill bags are made with artificial ingredients, preservatives, and artificial flavors. While they can work for some dogs, they won’t be appetizing for picky pets. Homemade dog pill bags are healthier, more appetizing, and easy to make. Plus, they’re much cheaper than the commercial options.
